Vegan (yes, vegan) Gravy

This gravy is meat lovers approved

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vegetable broth

  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten free option)

  • 1/2 tsp honey mustard

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (or rice flour for gluten free)


Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a medium size pot and bring to boil.

  2. Whisk over medium-heat until the gravy thickens.

  3. Serve over mashed potatoes or use it as you like.
