Vegan (yes, vegan) Gravy
This gravy is meat lovers approved
Adapted from nora cooks
Ingredients
2 cups vegetable broth
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten free option)
1/2 tsp honey mustard
1/4 cup all-purpose flour (or rice flour for gluten free)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a medium size pot and bring to boil.
Whisk over medium-heat until the gravy thickens.
Serve over mashed potatoes or use it as you like.
