Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Ginger Shots
Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh ginger root
1 cup pineapple
1/2 cup orange
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup coconut water
1-2 pinches cayenne pepper
1-2 pinches turmeric powder
Instructions
Wash and scrub the ginger root under running water before chopping it into smaller chunks.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until the mixture is fairly smooth.
Pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bug into a bowl.
Transfer the juice to several smaller glasses and store them in the freezer.
