Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Ginger Shots


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh ginger root

  • 1 cup pineapple

  • 1/2 cup orange

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup coconut water

  • 1-2 pinches cayenne pepper

  • 1-2 pinches turmeric powder


Instructions

  1. Wash and scrub the ginger root under running water before chopping it into smaller chunks.

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until the mixture is fairly smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bug into a bowl.

  4. Transfer the juice to several smaller glasses and store them in the freezer.
