Mango Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangos

  • 1 can chilled unsweetened coconut cream

  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel the mangos and blend them in a high speed blender until smooth/puree. Add the coconut cream (only the creamy part, not the liquid) and blend until smooth.

  2. Taste and add maple syrup if necessary (I didn’t need to add any sweetener).

  3. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
