Almond Butter Banana Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plant-based milk

  • 3 tbsp. chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp. almond butter

  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup

  • 1 ripe banana

  • optional toppings: chopped roasted walnuts, nutella, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, chopped 1/2 tsp shredded coconut


Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized saucepan, heat up the plant-based milk, almond butter and maple syrup Once done, remove it from the heat and set aside.

  2. In a glass jar or large cup, pour the chia seeds together with the liquid mixture and stir well. Leave the chia pudding in the fridge overnight or keep it refrigerated for at least 2 hours before serving.

  3. Top with banana slices, walnuts, almonds, nutella or any other toppings for your preference.
