3-Ingredient Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pitted mejdool dates

  • 1/2 cup nuts of choice - I used walnuts & pistachios

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut


Instructions

  1. Place the mejdool dates in a food processor and pulse a couple of times.

  2. Add the nuts and pulse until you get a sticky paste.

  3. Separate the mix into 1-inch balls and roll them in the shredded coconut.

  4. Place in fridge for at least one hour.
