3-Ingredient Energy Balls
Ingredients
1/2 cup pitted mejdool dates
1/2 cup nuts of choice - I used walnuts & pistachios
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
Place the mejdool dates in a food processor and pulse a couple of times.
Add the nuts and pulse until you get a sticky paste.
Separate the mix into 1-inch balls and roll them in the shredded coconut.
Place in fridge for at least one hour.
