2-Minute Chocolate Chia Pudding
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
1/2 cup pitted medjool dates
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup - optional
toppings (ex: roasted nuts, shredded coconut, berries)
1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
Mix in a blender milk, dates, cacao, chia seeds, vanilla extract and salt. Taste and add maple syrup if desired.
Transfer the mixture into a container and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour. Serve with toppings.
