2-Minute Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk 

  • 1/2 cup pitted medjool dates

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup - optional 

  • toppings (ex: roasted nuts, shredded coconut, berries)

  • 1 pinch sea salt


Instructions

  1. Mix in a blender milk, dates, cacao, chia seeds, vanilla extract and salt. Taste and add maple syrup if desired.

  2. Transfer the mixture into a container and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour. Serve with toppings.


Covered with roasted walnuts, roasted shredded coconut and dulce de leche.
