Matcha Cookie Bites
Ingredients
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup walnuts
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp Matcha
1/4 cup olive oil or any light flavor oil
3-4 tbsp maple syrup or any liquid sweetener
pinch of salt
Instructions
Mix the oats and the walnuts in a food processor until they form a grainy texture.
Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse until well combined. The result needs to be a wet mix.
Add the mix into a mini cheesecake silicon mold or any mold of your preference and bake at 320 degrees for 20 minutes. Let them cool and enjoy.
