Matcha Cookie Bites

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup walnuts

  • 1 cup all purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp Matcha

  • 1/4 cup olive oil or any light flavor oil

  • 3-4 tbsp maple syrup or any liquid sweetener

  • pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Mix the oats and the walnuts in a food processor until they form a grainy texture.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse until well combined. The result needs to be a wet mix.

  3. Add the mix into a mini cheesecake silicon mold or any mold of your preference and bake at 320 degrees for 20 minutes. Let them cool and enjoy.

Make sure that the mix has enough moisture otherwise the bites will taste too dry.
