Chocolate Truffles
Adapted from Chocolate Covered Katie
Ingredients
1 cup nut butter of choice
1/3 cup cocoa powder
2-3 tbsp agave or any liquid sweetener of choice
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1/4 chopped almonds or any nuts of choice
1/4 tsp salt
optional shredded coconut/chopped nuts for toppings
Instructions
Blend all the ingredients except nuts and coconut oil in a food processor until it forms a smooth dough.
Taste for sweetness and add more if necessary
Add coconut oil and finally chopped nuts and pulse.
Set in freezer for 15 minutes.
Roll into balls and top with nuts/shredded coconut
