Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut cream refrigerated overnight (do not shake)

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp nut butter

  • 1 pinch sea salt

  • chocolate nibs for topping (optional)


Instructions

  1. Once cold, open the can and transfer only the thick part to a bowl. Discard the watery part. Use a stand mixer to whip the cream until smooth.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and whip until it forms a mousse-like texture…That’s it!
