Chocolate Mousse
Adapted from Chocolate Covered Katie
Ingredients
1 can coconut cream refrigerated overnight (do not shake)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp nut butter
1 pinch sea salt
chocolate nibs for topping (optional)
Instructions
Once cold, open the can and transfer only the thick part to a bowl. Discard the watery part. Use a stand mixer to whip the cream until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and whip until it forms a mousse-like texture…That’s it!
